ILLiad is the interlibrary loan management system used by the University Libraries. This system allows you to submit requests, track their progress, request renewals, retrieve electronic documents, and view your request history.
Faculty, students, staff and affiliates of the University use ILLiad to request items not held in libraries on the Fayetteville campus. ILLiad is also used to request items housed in the Libraries' storage facilities. Distance Education students and Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension and Experiment Station faculty and staff use ILLiad to request items located both on and off-campus.
You must complete a one-time registration form in order to use ILLiad. You will create your own username and password. Please be sure to make a note of your username and password. You will need them in order to log into the system. If you forget your password, please call the Borrowing Unit at 479-575-5311 or email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to have it reset. Please do not re-register.
